The drug is manufactured by Pfizer in India. It was first available in the USA in 2003. The drug is available for sale in a wide variety of countries like Canada, the USA, UK, Australia, France, Spain, Italy, Australia, and Malaysia. It is manufactured by Pfizer under the name Cialis. Cialis is a drug used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis and helps achieve and maintain an erection. Cialis is taken orally with or without food. Cialis can be taken in both the oral and sublingual forms. It can be used for various erectile dysfunction (ED) treatments. The main indications for Cialis are:
Erectile dysfunction – This is a condition where a man is unable to achieve and keep a hard, erect penis suitable for sexual activity. It is a common problem that affects approximately 2.4% of American men.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia – This is a condition where the prostate gland is enlarged, causing urinary symptoms such as frequent urination. Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a type of enlarged prostate that may cause urethral symptoms such as difficulty in passing urine, urgent need to urinate frequently, frequent urge to urinate, and difficulty in emptying the bladder.
Penile Peyronie Disease – This is a common condition in men that causes excessive or frequent urination. This condition affects about 5% of men.
Priapism – This is a condition where the penis does not make enough blood flow to the penis. Peyronie disease is the name given to an enlarged prostate gland.
Sexually transmitted infections – This is a common condition in men that can cause an infection, such as gonorrhea or chlamydia. It can cause an infection in the lungs, urinary tract, or skin. It can also cause an infection in the nasal, sinuses, and ears. It is estimated that in England alone, more than 30 million people are sexually active at some point in their lifetime. The symptoms of this condition can include:
Bloody urine – This can cause severe and painful erections. It can cause pain, redness, swelling, or painful burning during sex. In some cases, this can lead to serious health problems. These symptoms include:
Chest pain – This is a painful, sharp pain in the chest. It can also cause difficulty breathing, coughing, or passing gas. It can also cause chest pain.
Sudden decrease or loss of vision – This can cause vision problems, such as blurred or double vision. It can also lead to vision problems, such as blurred or double vision.
Rash – This can be caused by a variety of factors, such as acne, obesity, smoking, or alcohol abuse. It can also cause skin redness, itching, or other symptoms.
Diabetes – This is a type of disease that affects blood sugar levels. It can cause symptoms such as headache, blurry vision, or vision problems.
Liver disease – This is a rare condition in which the liver does not make enough blood flow to the penis. It can also lead to damage to the kidney and other organs.
Kidney disease – This is a rare condition in which the kidneys do not make enough blood flow to the penis. It can also cause damage to the kidney and other organs.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding – This is a serious condition in which the baby is at risk of harm to the baby and is not suitable for the mother.
It is important to note that Cialis is only a drug and it can only be used by prescription. It is not a substitute for sexual activity and should only be used under the supervision of a doctor. The drug is also not a substitute for an open and honest discussion with a doctor about sexual issues. If a doctor prescribes a drug for erectile dysfunction, he or she should carefully review the potential risks and benefits of the drug, including its effects on blood flow to the penis.
If you are suffering from erectile dysfunction, you should seek medical advice from your doctor or specialist if:
You have not been diagnosed with erectile dysfunction or have diabetes or high blood pressure. Cialis has been found to be effective for erectile dysfunction, and it is recommended that you take Cialis on an empty stomach for the full time you are taking it. However, it should not be taken more than once a day.
Cialis is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. Cialis is also used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), which is the most common form of BPH, and is also used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in both men and women.
Cialis may be taken with or without food. Cialis does not have a daily dose. You may need to take the medication daily if you have been diagnosed with an erection that has not been able to achieve an erection during sexual activity.
Cialis is only for men. You should only take Cialis if you are taking nitrates (for chest pain). Nitrates can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure when used with Cialis. If you have taken nitrates and are not certain whether you are taking them or not, contact your doctor.
The recommended starting dose is one tablet of Cialis 10mg per day. You should take this tablet at least 30 minutes before sexual activity and should not take more than one tablet a day. Cialis should not be taken more than once per day.
You should not take Cialis if you are taking nitrates or any other medication that contains nitrates. Taking more than one tablet a day can increase the risk of an unsafe drop in blood pressure.

On 14 March 2023, the UK Medicines regulator approved an application to reclassify the erectile dysfunction medication Cialis. When marketed asCialis Together(tadalafil 10mg), it will be a ‘P’ (pharmacy) medication, and so available ‘over the counter’ in pharmacies – see. This follows the 2018, ‘P’ classification of (sildenafil 50mg) which has been available OTC, without a prescription, since then.
This decision is good news for men’s health …. Erectile dysfunction can be a debilitating condition, so it’s important men feel they have fast access to quality and legitimate care
Dr Laura Squire, MHRA’s Chief Officer for Healthcare, Quality and Access
Unfortunately, there is a strong black market in the UK for ED medicines, which are often unlicensed or counterfeit. UK Border Force and the MHRA seize millions of pounds of these fake products from criminals annually. This new classification of tadalafil 10mg will enable men who suffer from ED to obtain it safely from a local pharmacy.
Sanofi, the drug manufacturer, is expected to launch Cialis Together later in 2023. Cialis Together will be available to purchase in pharmacies without a prescription by men over 18 with erectile dysfunction. Cialis Together tablets will contain 10mg tadalafil and the maximum pack size will be 8 tablets. Other doses and pack sizes of Cialis and tadalafil will still be available on prescription through doctors and specially trained pharmacists. Before purchase in a pharmacy there must be an assessment with a pharmacist, who will check that Cialis Together is appropriate and safe, or whether consultation with a GP is necessary.
Men suffering with ED will have another treatment option with the convenience of purchasing it in their local pharmacy, including pharmacies found inside supermarkets (eg. Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s). The pharmacist will ask some health questions, may check blood pressure, and will advise on treatment with Cialis Together or Viagra Connect, or the need to consult a GP. Pharmacies usually have a private room for such discussions.
Cialis Together is a 10mg tadalafil product for use at least 30 minutes prior to anticipated sexual activity. Its effects can last. It is not recommended for daily use. The maximum recommended dose of Cialis Together will be one tablet in 24 hours. Prescription Cialis and tadalafil will still be available at different doses.
Dr Fox welcomes the wider access to ED medication for men that Cialis Together classified as a ‘P’ OTC medication will provide. We at Dr Fox are aware of the difficulties men have in discussing ED with their GPs and in accessing ED medication. We know that Cialis is effective and safe for most men and this change provides another option for obtaining ED treatment. Pharmacists are health professionals who are able to give ED advice but they will also know when to refer men who would benefit from a doctor’s assessment. ‘P’ medicines can also be supplied on prescription, and we will offer Cialis Together, when available, alongside our other competitively priced ED products.

Pleasure and excitement are two sides of the same coin. There are two ways to get there, and if you do, you need to make time for yourself.
You may be tempted to make the most of one day by spending less and more money on time. But it’s important to remember that while you may be enjoying the benefits of time for yourself, the rest of us have more options. It’s not just about spending your money; it’s about creating a new perspective on life.
There are different ways to do this. In addition to saving money on time, you may also want to consider buying something with money. This can be an inexpensive idea, but it’s not the same as having a time off. You could use a few more hours off to work, have a nice lunch, or just eat some pizza.
The first thing you need to understand aboutTadalafilis how it works. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that works by blocking the action of PDE5. This allows the flow of blood into the penis, resulting in an erection. When you get a good erection, the PDE5 enzyme is activated and the enzyme relaxes and allows the smooth muscles in your penis to become engorged. This allows more blood to flow in.
PDE5 inhibitors work by inhibiting the enzyme called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which is responsible for producing smooth muscle relaxation in the penis. The levels of cGMP increase, which allows blood to flow more freely and the penis to become erect. The medication is taken orally, usually one hour before sexual activity.
As the levels of cGMP rise and the muscles in the penis become relaxed, the flow of blood into the penis is increased. This is why tadalafil is a good option for men with erectile dysfunction. The effects of this medication on erections may last up to 36 hours after taking it, and can last up to four hours.
Tadalafil (generic Cialis) is another type of PDE5 inhibitor. It’s a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that helps relax the muscles in the penis to allow blood flow to the penis. This allows the erection to last up to four hours.
A second type of PDE5 inhibitor that works by inhibiting the PDE-5 enzyme, tadalafil (generic Cialis), is tadalafil. It’s also a PDE5 inhibitor that helps to relax the muscles in the penis to allow blood to flow in. Tadalafil is taken orally about 30 minutes before sexual activity. It can last up to 36 hours.
The most common side effects of tadalafil include headache, flushing, indigestion, and stuffy nose. If you have any of these, seek medical advice. It is also important to note that tadalafil is not a controlled substance and should be used under the supervision of a healthcare professional. If you experience any of these side effects, stop taking tadalafil and seek medical attention immediately.
If you have any questions about taking tadalafil, it’s important to speak with your doctor. They can assess your suitability for the medication and provide you with a written consultation.

Tadalafil (generic Cialis) treats erectile dysfunction (ED) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It works by relaxing blood vessels in the penis, allowing more blood to flow into the penis when a man is sexually aroused. This increase in blood flow can cause an erection in response to sexual stimulation.
